« DID POLICE KILL KEVIN HICKS ILLEGALLY? | QUARTERBACKING: TIME TO PICK UP THE GUN? »

Quarterbacking: IMPD RELEASE MACK LONG VIDEOS

Chief Hite released an edited version of the video. You can view the video here

http://fox59.com/2015/07/22/legislators-to-consider-limits-on-release-of-police-body-camera-footage/

Look at the clock in the lower left hand corner. At the 18:27 mark you see the clock jump to the 18:36 mark. That is a nine second gap! We want the full video released!! Your signature will help get this mission accomplished. Thanks in advance. Together we win!!

Quarterbacking: Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Release The Video!

At the news conference Chief Hite revealed that they have recovered two videoes of the killing of Mack (Julius) Long. If IMPD does not release the video then I say it is a sign that they are quarterbacking the killing of Jilius. They are in the back room making up a story to justify the unjustified killing of our brother. I am calling on the release of the video now!! Don't tell us the investigation stops the release of the video. Don't tell us that it is the job of the prosecutor to release the video. We don't care whose job it is we just want the realease of the video. Transparentcy is the verification of honesty. The release of the videoes should be immediated!!!! Wouldn't you agree?

Rev. Ajabu,
Let the process work. This is not your call!

The process is flawed. It supports lies and deception.

"...the victims’ murders were a natural and probable consequence of the planned robbery and that Ajabu willingly participated as an accomplice

The above statement is an argument with no merit. Very few robberies end in murder. So the natural and probable consequence of a robbery is not murder. And in this case it was a burglary. Your argument is flawed, and factually incorrect. Good try though. Stay tuned. The proper argument will soon be made. - Rev. Ajabu

Kofi is not a bad person, he just likes to kill white people.

The above statement again is in factual error. The Indiana Supreme Court ruled that no evidence pointed to anyone being killed or even harmed by Kofi. That is why the case was sent back to the trial court for re-sentencing. - Rev. Ajabu

Wow, 240 years for jaywalking!

there is some validity in the above statement. Messed up system ain't it? - Rev. Ajabu

Beautiful pictures. And it is truly unfortunate that Kofi was there when their lives were taken. He is very remorseful. Although he was there the evidence is clear that he did not place a harmful hand on neither of them. Nor did he help anyone harm them. He was just unfortunately there. He harmed no one. And it is truly not in the spirit of America that the system would corrupt itself to convict and treat him as if he did. And if you support the corruption displayed by the system in its attempt to give Kofi due process then you are no longer an American as envisioned by the founding fathers. America is no longer of the people, by the people or for the people. It has become a system that preys on the people. The people must rise up and take America back. If you want America to be America then you will be in that number to rise up!! In time, the resurrection will take place. - Rev. Ajabu

What is Kofi remorseful about?
(Keep in mind that not taking responsibility for the crime one has been convicted of, is the most common reason for parole denial)

He is remorseful for being somewhere that he had no business being and with people that took life. He has no problem taking responsibility for that which he did. And that was not murder. He killed no one. - Rev. Ajabu

Well, he's in the right place now.

You are entitled to your opinion, but rest assured many would take issue with it - Rev. Ajabu

Dear Sir:

You DO understand, don't you, that the States might be all too happy to take you up on your suggestion of disarming the police (after, perhaps, some token objections done for show).

Of course, this will come at an enormous price to the freedoms of us all, since the States will promptly use the excuse of the newly-disarmed police to then tell the rest of us that WE must all give up our right to self defense as well. They will - predictably, of course - tell us, "well, if the POLICE don't need their weapons, then certainly YOU don't, either!" And have absolutely no doubt that the police WILL, in fact, keep their weapons, as certain elements and subdivisions of the police will retain the use of deadly force (just as they do in Britain, which you reference in your video). They will claim that these will be used for "extraordinary circumstances" - which, in very short order, will be every domestic dispute call they go on. Just look at the rising frequency of SWAT teams for things they never would have been used for not many years ago.

In the meantime, those of you in impoverished, legally disarmed communities like the inner cities (mostly people of color) will be left defenseless against the thugs and criminals that - i assure you - will NOT be giving up THEIR firearms. Our current laws barring law-abiding citizens from protecting themselves in cities like Chicago are an enormous problem that costs lives and property, and of mainly law-abiding people of color. Imagine what will happen once that problem becomes a universal one all throughout the nation. Once we are ALL disarmed, imagine what an out of control, draconian, totalitarian State will feel free to do to people THEN! If you think Black folks are too often being shot now... well, wait until you see what you helped bring to pass.

In short, I truly hope you re-think the logic of what you are asking for. It will result only in a further loss of our cherished freedoms and the emergence of a full-blown police state. You are DREADFULLY wrong on this.

Let the police have their guns - but DEMAND that law-abiding people be allowed to exercise THEIR God-given right to self-defense as well! Should that be put into widespread practice, you can BET it will save lives. Perhaps it will not stop police from being too quick to shoot suspects (this is an issue that must be resolved in other ways - certainly not the way you propose - which, as I have said, will only mean that they are shot by a DIFFERENT CASTE of police officers), but it would CERTAINLY save the lives of people under no suspicion at all, minding their own business, who might otherwise be seen as easy prey by criminals who have absolutely no concern at all for what the law says.

I truly hope you listen to the logic of what I am saying.

Dear Pro-Freedom Pro-Peace
I agree with you that only communities of color should be armed.

Pro-Freedom Pro-Peace:

The above comments are not mine. Looks like someone has launched a dis-information campaign. That being said, there is some validity in what you say above. Taking guns from the police does not mean I support taking guns from the people. Taking guns from the police would be in line with the fears the founding fathers had about the government abusing the power invested in them. The people should never agree to give up our guns. In fact, the only people, besides police, that need to be restricted from gun ownership is the mentally ill. Everyone else's right should not be abridged. - Rev. Ajabu

Dear Rev..Ajabu:

It's highly disingenuous to attempt to put words in my mouth that I did not say. If you believe that ONLY people of a certain skin color should be armed, then you are a racist, plain and simple, and you will find no agreement with me. If someone told me that they believed only White people should be armed, I would have absolutely no hesitation to call that person what he or she is - a racist.

You speak much more like a government informant/provocateur than a reverend. Whereas a man in the service of the Gospel of Jesus Christ would regard askance the idea of arming one "race" of people and not others, and see it for what it is - a Satanic recipe for fomenting race wars, this type of rhetorical is standard fare for professional agitators.

Now, tell us in truth: Which are you??

So now you have identified yourself. You are the provocateur and government agent. As for me, I am the object of your attempted provocation. LOL LOL LOL. You should go into comedy. You truly make me laugh!! - Rev. Ajabu

January 21, 2016 | Unregistered CommenterPro-Freedom Pro-Peace

Black people cant be racist.

Again I did not write the above words. It is a part of the disinformation campaign. That being said, I do agree with the words written above. People of African descent do not presently have the power to be racist. i define racism as having the power, base on your race, to impose upon people your will against their will. - Rev. Ajabu

Ajabu, I am the Bunneh, I was up at 2 30 in the morning, although I certainly have been some nights. I have dogs and typical menopausal insomnia. My husband HAS been working a lot, certainly. It is the end of the year and people cram all they can in because they want to get everything done before they start another one.

You know, all you have to do is fess up and admit that you know full well that Catherine and I are the same people now (although you delete my posts), I admit my having a love affair and addiction to you. You are a broken down, irrelevant old but benevolent old man. I am happily married to an amazing husband, father and physician.
