Governor Eric Holcomb are you listening!! It is inhumane to keep humans enslaved in a cage. In is cruel and unusual punishment to keep humans in a cage with this deadly virus on the loose. Eric J. Holcomb the humane thing for you to do is to use your authority to implement an early release program for state prisoners. Prisoners are flesh and blood just like you and all of us. Embrace your humanity and set the captives free!!

ACLU of Indiana filed a suit attempting to get the courts to do your job. It was unsuccessful. I believe the courts was the wrong target of the suit. You as governor should have been the target

Economic Freedom Fighters Indiana (EFFI) request the ACLU to file a suit against all governors, to include you Eric Holcomb. The suit should be to prompt immediate prisoner release because being incarcerated at this time is unhealty, deadly, cruel and unusable punishment and a violation of the 8th amendment of the constitution.

The Indiana State Department of Health should also be a defendant because Dr. Kistina Box has the authority to order the release of prisoners because of the unhealthy conditions. Because you appointed her she is not doing her job because you have stated publicly, once to my personal question to you, that you are not considering early state prisoner release do to this virus. She is letting politics be more important that the lives of humans.

The Marion County Health Department has issued the order to the city of Indianapolis. Mayor Joe Hogsett is working with Virginia Caine. Their collaboration has already freed over 300.

People, if your value life call the governor at 317 232 4567 and request he use his authority and implement an early release program for all state prisoners due to the inhumane conditions created by the virus. The virus in the prisons is a threat to live of not only the prisoners but the guards and the communities in which they live. We are all in this together. It is time to include humans in prison in that all. Wouldn't you agree?
