To shed light on this issue, we must understand
that this is not just a new situation, but a
very longstanding issue that is the posterity
of it's parent heritage. Those of us know that
the fact is that there is no such thing as a
Black or African American Landowner. This is
the entire idea of taxes. Original taxes were
the practices of the church that at some point
in our history got shifted from the church into
the hands of politicians. At which time it became racial. It eventually shifted into the
hands of the our society where it really became
a tool of infamous democracy and piracy. After
they established the "Big Three" in America,
i.e. IRS, FBI, CIA, IPD, and the DEA and the o-
ther constituents of the "Three" family it has
never been made possible for and person of co-
lor to ever be a "true landowner". You may want
to explore your history on "Black Landowners'
on your computer or your local library. This is
a very critical issue that is being raised and
I certainly refuse to allow this to go unad-
dressed. Before the house tax started was this
"gas hike" that put many citizens on their feet
and then immediately out of their homes. How-
ever we have continued right on with the Lucas
Oil Stadium, Bicycle Trails, and numerous Strip
Malls across the City. Many of our local stores
in the African American communities have closed
and moved to the suburbs. Many African Ameri-
cans displaced their trust in their corperate
insurances are now unemployed and reaping the
penalities of lacking "assurance" in the Living
God that we know through our Savior. Anybody
who has been exposed to our so-called "democra-
cy" knows that other than African Americans in
the movement, we still get messed over in one sense of the word. Judge Payne is not to be en-
vied nor is his reputation. Look at all of the
African American babies that have been killed
since his appointment over children services. I
am not without information on him. I am not e-
ven waste my time on commenting on our so-cal-
led law enforcement. I take threats very seri-
ously and I have a zero tolerance personal po-
licy in place straight from the third chapter
of Eccl. the third chapter; "a time for every-
thing". Read that chapter carefully. We must
learn to "live very close to death" so when it
comes you will be no stranger to it.
Remedy and resolution:
African American people, get into somebody's
church and take every member of your family and
get to know Jesus as your Personal Savior and
Lord (period)! Stay in their because without
God you can and will do nothing. Step Two: Go
register to vote. When you register to vote do
not support people who donot obey God. You can-
not serve God and Satan nor two masters. Sup-
port true christians and people that are obedi-
ent to the "word of God". Start supporting your
church led organizations that are representing
the "kingdom of God". Get out of the Fraterni-
ties that are literally stripping the African
American communities and churches and are pour-
ing tons of monies into the government that is
keeping us in bondage. Stop buying cigarettes.
Stop buying narcotics. When you stop investing
your monies into the devil's devices, you will
see how much financial resources you have and
then combine those monies into safety nets that
can help fight for us and with us.The Prince
Hall masons have not put one penny into any le-
gal organization supporting African Americans
Prisoners.They have poured multi-thousands into
the hands of white contractors right there at
22nd and Central. They pour multi thousands in-
to the hotels during conferences every year and
not one dime of that money goes back in to the
African American community. The Grand Lodge is
right there on East 38th street. Call them and
ask them if they will have each lodge and each
house to donate a $100.00 donation to the cause

The young people who killed that innocent child are being prosecuted. What else is there to say about the case. The behavior is atrocious and we condemn it.
When you look at the number of innocent Blacks who have been slaughtered by White police in several cities, the reason for the protest is that they don't get punished.

A Black unarmed man was shot some 30 times in New York by police and they got off. A ninety year old Black woman was killed in Atlanta by police while she was in her home, and they got off lightly.

We know the young people who killed the innocent Black child will be punished. The real problem would have been if they didn't get punished like many White cops who have killed a lot of unarmed Blacks. That type of behavior is what brings out the Sharptons and the Jesse Jacksons.

Reverend is concerned about your mental health, I could care less if your behind stays on stupid, that's your problem. I cannaot agree more about this information in
this format. It is a daily routine that I sit
in my living room window in the 1000 block of Mount Street here in Indianapolis and I am a-
larmed by the horrible abusive, obscene, pro-
fane languse and behavior of our children and
adolesents in the Haughville area. Our little
girls African American girls are treated like
whores and tramps by other African American
males and they actually have set up a turf on
a empty property and as each bus arrives one
after the other, the population increases. They
wait there between the hours of 3:45 p.m. and
4;45 p.m. and after the last bus leaves there
is a horrible flow of violent fights and injuries almost daily. This is all African A-
merican activity. None of them are 16 years of age yet.The little girls are so vulgar and sex-
ually explicit right in fron of there homes while the parents are right there. I watched
them yesterday as the only activity that they enjoy is violence and sexual behavior and the
girls love this kind of attention and render no
shame. They spend long hours pushing, shoving,
attacking, and practicising violent behavior as
a fun activity. What is really interesting here is that our West District Commander is a
African American and I am terribly disappointed
in his attitude and action towards our communi-
ty and safety. He just kind of accepts this behavior as a "norm" for African Americans and
he really doesn't have a problem with certain
levels of criminal activity in Haughville. He
is completely informed and aware of everything
going on down here, but he tries to minimize
it and justify fights, drugs, and gang activi-
ty. How is this happening??? Now Mount street
has become the most popular safe haven for cri-
minal acivity and now 11 houses in the 1000
block are occupied by criminals that are all
African Americans that inflict black on black
violence.There was gunshots fired every night
last week in this block. There are is only one
occupied property that is occupied with whites.
They are only home on the weekends. We have had
numerous black on black murders in this neigh-
borhood. Just drive down Mount street anytime
after 3:30 p.m. and watch what you see. They
break out car windows and break out windows out
of peoples homes and go right on in and beat the people up in their homes. Nobeody ever gets arrested for these crimes. Yet they have

You said that you don't hate Blacks, you hate liberalism. Lets examine that. There are several conservative heroes of yours who are Republican conservatives. Lets start with the Senator who was caught in the airport restroom trying to pick up a man, he was a married U.S. Senator with a family. Take Rev Ted Haggard, a conservative leader of 2 million Christian Whites. He was caught with a gay man and did drugs with the man. Take the South Carolina governor who left his family and his state to meet a woman in Argentina, he too was a conservative. Take the Nevada Senator who paid off the husband of a woman he was having sex with and hired the couple's son. Take the congressman in Florida who was soliciting the young men who served as pages in the halls of congress, he too was conservative. I guess conservativism is a badge of morality and high honor. But the record does not show that.

Surely, their are liberals who sin and do wrong but we don't claim that they are saints just as we would never ascribe sainthood to the conservatives. So, lets try it again. You hate liberalism or did you mean conservatism. Simply, we hate any negative behavior from liberals or conservatives.

Now, when Clinton was president,we had the lowest poverty level and he created over 20 million jobs. The Black community benefitted from Clinton's economy and that translates to less Black on Black crimes as it relates to lack of jobs. We will always have some idiots who will do senseless killings whether conservatives or liberals are in charge.

The boys that killed that nice kid will be punished. We know about bullies and gangs but it is not easy fighting those problems when millions of parents and single mothers can't find a job. We went down as a Black race under Bush and the Republicans economically. It was the Clinton liberal agenda that lifted all boats and it was George Bush conservativism that sank many boats. Obama is trying to pull us out of the deep ditch Bush put us in.

As a Black who is close to this community, we can articulate much more accurately what has gone wrong in our community. The poverty level has a direct correlation to killings, gangs, and drugs in our community. It is so hard trying to lift our people up when they can't find a job. Families are torn apart when men can't provide for their love ones.

It is quite interesting to note that you have the answers for the ills of the Black community. Why don't you start with the Whites who behave like savages against their own people and toward other ethnic groups, especially Blacks.

The White boy that killed the Asian girl the other day is an example; then he put her body inside of a wall. Sweep before your own door before you try to sweep before our door. You have a lot of fixing to do in the White community; as we still have White cops killing innocent Blacks and not being punished. Help us with things like that.
We will continue to weed out the bad kids that prey on our good kids. It is not an easy job to turn certain behaviors around in our community as it is changing the savagery that exist in yours.

As far my hating White people, I have told you many times that I love Liberals, whether Black or White. I adore Bill and Hillary Clinton, the late Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Keith Olberman, Ed on the Ed Show, Rachel Maddow, and all of these people are White. I hate dirty low down Blacks or Whites who keep our people in their pitiful condition. I have been over this with you many times before but you want to say that I hate Whites. I truly Hate Clarence Thomas, Condollezza Rice, the idiot,Michael Steele, who leads the Republican Party and any Black who dares to be a part of the Republican Party. Anybody who would call himself a Republican is not a friend of America or the Black community. Just as you hate Liberalism, I truly hate conservatism.

Living in the South is quite an experience watching sons and daughters of the Confederates berate and show their hatred of the United States government. They still want to separate from this great nation. But their time is running out. The population is more Black, Hispanic, Asian, Liberal, and progressive. The Confederate Southern Republicans have found themselves in an ever shrinking minority. This is not the America of their parents, it is a new America and a new day.

Marshall you lost me naming my numerous "conservative heroes" that only you seem to know. Last I checked , as you never mentioned it - none of those people acted like a psychotic rabid primate and killed an innocent boy in broad daylight outside of a public high school. But why bother with facts or details right?

I guess we could go over Black on Black crime statistics, black children born out of wedlock, and percentage of black children growing up in fatherless families.- But I am sure you wouldn't want to do that . How about the percentage of black murder victims, killed by blacks??? U probably don't want to know that one either.
