Republican Budget & Rick Wagoner’s Resignation

Republican Budget & Rick Wagoner’s Resignation

Can you believe it? The republican leadership of the United States legislature has been criticizing President Obama’s budget. President Obama challenged the Republicans to come up with their own budget. I think this is a legitimate challenge. Surely if the Republicans have a beef with how to bring the economy back around that they would have a budget to give to the American people that would depict their plan. The budget that they presented had not one specific number in it. The budget just called for more tax cuts for the rich. Before I go on, let me be clear as I have previously. I am not a democrat, nor am I a republican. I am a Christian, trying to do what’s right. What I am saying is not party based. I am looking at this situation using logic and good cognition. That being said let’s dive in head first.

Party politics is killing the nation. Right now it is the republicans that are playing party politics. They are opposing President Obama because he is a democrat. If the opposition was anything else then they wouldn’t have insulted the American people by offering a budget with no specifics. Wait a minute, this is where my non-partisanship shows; Evan Bayh, has organized some democrats and they also are opposing the President. President Lincoln warned the South in his Inaugural Address: "In your hands, my dis-satisfied fellow countrymen, and not in mine, is the momentous issue of civil war. The government will not assail you.... You have no oath registered in Heaven to destroy the government, while I shall have the most solemn one to preserve, protect and defend it." Senator Boehner, we are not close to civil war, but we are close to the country’s fiscal collapse. As President Lincoln advised the South I advise you, President Obama is not assaulting you. You have no oath from heaven to destroy the government. The President has taken a solemn oath to preserve, protect and defend this country. Quit competing and start cooperating.

President Lincoln went on to say: "My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union, and is not either to save or to destroy slavery. If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone I would also do that. What I do about slavery, and the colored race, I do because I believe it helps to save the Union; and what I forbear, I forbear because I do not believe it would help to save the Union. I shall do less whenever I shall believe what I am doing hurts the cause, and I shall do more whenever I shall believe doing more will help the cause." The Collected Works of Abraham Lincoln edited by Roy P. Basler, Volume V, "Letter to Horace Greeley" (August 22, 1862), p. 388. These words, in my opinion, make Lincoln a racist just as much as many people in the south were at that time. However, he was willing to forego his personal proclivities in order to preserve the Union. Senator Bayh, I don’t know what you call yourself doing, but your efforts to organize other democrats against the President are not an effort to preserve the Union. As President Lincoln was willing to subvert his personal racist views in order to preserve the Union, you should follow Lincoln’s example. I am not calling Senator Bayh a racist, but since he is a democrat, his opposition has got to be something other than partisanship.

In my humble opinion, President Obama is being very pragmatic in his plan to resurrect this country’s economy. Just today, The Obama administration asked General Motors Chief Rick Wagoner, 56, to leave the company and he agreed. The point that the President is making is to not give stimulus money to the person responsible for putting the company in the shape that it now needs a government bailout. Wagoner’s plan to put the company back together was to get concessions from labor unions in 2007, including cutting wages in half for new hires and offloading retiree health care to a union-run trust by 2010. In other words, he jumped on the little people. Wagoner took the little people’s money so the fat cats could get fatter while his decisions where responsible for driving the company into fiscal destruction. President Lincoln also spoke on capitol and labor. He said: "Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration." Lincoln's First Annual Message to Congress, December 3, 1861. According to Lincoln, Wagoner would have been more pragmatic if he supported labor instead of trying to suppress it.

This economy must be built from the ground up. Fat cats are going to be required to shoulder more weight than the little people. “Much is required from those who much is given; and much more is required from those who much more is given” (Luke 12:48). It is time for all within the country to start pushing the same way. The preservation of the Union requires that we support President Obama’s leadership. It is what God would have us to do. Unifying helps to decrease the hate and increase the love. Thank you for listening to AjabuSpeaks.

Rev. Ajabu-

FYO....Obama hasn't even read his "own" budget.
(that he didn't have one syllable of input in)

March 30, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJayson

Jayson,

If President Obama has not read his budget does that justify the deception of the republicans? I don't know whether the President has read the budget or not. I would think so, but I don't know. I do know that this country is not indestructable. The continued straining of its strength through petty bickering is a formula for its destruction. Party, and even racial bickering is not what this country needs unless the country's destruction is what is sought. You tell me.

March 30, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterRev. Mmoja Ajabu

Mr. Ajabu, playing party politics is exactly what you are doing. The fact that we are solving problems of excessive spending and debt by increasing our spending and debt has historically led to the destruction of the economy.

The fact that Obama's plan never allowed Republican input (believe me, I am a Libertarian so I am not an apologist for the GOP), and introduced a 1,000+ page bill at nearly midnight and within 14 hours, they passed one of the largest fraud bills in US History. Let me say this again, the bill is a fraud and it amounts to treason.

People must understand that our government is broke. They have NO MONEY. How does the government get the money for stimulus/bailouts? They print it. In the past year, our government alongside the Federal Reserve has added over 25% more dollars in the marketplace. If you buy a stock in a company that prints more stocks after you purchase a stock, the value of the stock goes down. What does this mean? Well, as the money circulates in the economy, our purchasing power decreases. This means that if you bought a loaf of bread for $1.00 and with 25% inflation, the loaf of bread now costs $1.25. Quantify all the goods and services out there with a 25% increase in price, then compare it to your wage increase--which actually wages are decreasing--but for the sakes of this discussion, let's assume that wages are increasing by 3% per year and take the 25% inflationary pressures minus 3% wage increase, that means we are all 22% poorer.

We are going to experience a whole new wave of foreclosures because as people's purchasing power diminishes, they are going to have to choose between paying rent or buying food, gas, and other essentials. Once people are at this threshold, many will choose against paying their mortgage. People are aware that they can pocket the money they would have paid in their house payment with the knowledge that it will take a year for foreclosure to take place. Tell me, if you cut yourself and you're bleeding profusely, do you solve the problem by cutting yourself deeper?

I am really surprised that the people of our nation from all political, social, and economic walks of life are not up at arms against our government's treachery for they are literally collapsing our dollar.

I suggest everyone to take time to learn about the Federal Reserve and inflation. I have excellent information on my blog www.propertyfreedom.blogspot.com which people can learn more.

Also, I know what I am saying is a difficult pill to swallow. I worry deeply that the poor and middle class will be decimated by our government's actions. I pray that God can utilize my words to reach out to all people no matter who they are so that we can prepare for even more difficult times and work together to help each other.

Lastly, I went to North Central high school and graduated in 1994 with your daughter. She most-likely doesn't remember me as it was many years and I had transferred from Anderson High School. I remember her quite well as she was very nice person and I was aware of your activism during that time. I respect you standing up for what you believe in and in a prior post response to your blog about reparations as I also come from a family where both my mom and my sister are inter-racial relations and I even have two wonderful bi-racial nephews & nieces, I developed a response to my concerns to your discussion. I feel that most people do not care about race and I consider myself fortunate that my parents taught us to appreciate and respect people from all walks of life. The blessing we all have is that our nation produced a tremendous document called the US Constitution whereby it provided a foundation for all people to recognize the importance of self-worth through the genius behind the Bill of Rights. My oh my, how fortunate we are to have crossed the threshold of living in a society where ignorance based upon skin color is slowly coming to an end.

Mr. Ajabu, I hope we get a chance to talk again and work together to restore the rule of law that governs our public servants and protects the people against tyranny. We are at a point in our history where the real threat to the people isn't Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, or any other philosophical walk of life, but rather it is those who wish to divide us into classifications of race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other description that devalues the promise of Liberty afforded by both God and the US Constitution. I also caution all people from following anyone who chooses these distinctions to put us at odds with each other for real leadership unites people.

Finally, please take your time to learn more about people like Ron Paul. You can learn a great deal about him by watching his YouTube videos. It's time for the people to unite and let's stand up for our Constitution for without it, we will all be at war with each other and class warfare will eventually bring us to the cusp of tyranny.

Take care of yourself. I believe in you.

Wayne,

Welcome to the website. With that said I have to respectfully disagree with you that I am playing party politics. I define party politics as people who determine the position they take by listening to the leadership of the party to which they belong. I belong to no political party.

Now let me explain my logic. It appears that trickle down economics, promoted by George W. Bush and company, caused this economy to be in the mess that it is in. I can even grant that he did not start the decline, but it is clear that his policies did not stop the decline. If his policies were the right policies then the economy would not have crashed on his watch.

Therefore, something besides trickle down must be the answer. I say let the income trickle up. One thing for sure about a capitalist economy is that it is driven by consumption. If the masses do not consume then the economy does not grow. Working people's consumption is the engine that drives America and the world's economy. Therefore, do not give more money to the fat cats and their financial institutions.
The money given to Bank of America is reported to been used to purchase a bank in China. Buying banks in China will not kick start America's economy. So instead of giving more money to the fat cats, give it to the little people. The little people will spend the money. Most will pay off bills. And we will see the econonmy begin to grow.

My position is not based on a party's position. My position is based on change from George Bush's policy. If he cut taxes on the rich and it did not stop the economy from crashing, then spend the money on the other end. Give the money to the consumer. Consumption will grow the economy. I say again, this is not partisan, it is just good dog gone sense. God bless.

No one has a crystal ball as to the outcome of the measures taken by the Obama Administration.

As an independent, I will vote for whomever I believe will save the Republic.

Ron Paul was running for president, but quit the rece when he realized that he stood no chance of winning. I respect the man for his refulal to support the war against Iraq and the worldwide empire of permanently built bases throughout the world. No one ever asked the USA to become the policeman of the world. Both the Republicans and the Democrats have been drinking out of the same cup offered by the Military/Industrial/Oil/fat cat complex that has brought us to the brink of financial, moral, ethical and spiritual ruin.

The World Bank, International Monatary Fund, GATT, the Neocons and the Pentagon have enslaved the American Republic and the world in a web of deceipt based on smoke and mirrors.

In actuality, the only people that do not understand the danger that our country represents to the entire family of nations is our own American public.

Ron Paul does not believe in a social net of any sort. He votes against any and every bill that would spend taxpayers money. In that I disagree.

Those that post here that are apoligists for the Republican part should be ashemed of themselves. Their purpose on this blog is designed to fracture the good work that you Rev. Ajabu have attempted here.

George W. Bush must be thanked for one thing, his foreign and domestic policies have removed many of the blinders that have allowed many Americans for the first time to understand the dangers of his insane and dangerous policies.

I voted for our President because I believed that his policies would free us from off shore oil, repair our global reputation, initiate renewable energy and coservation, limit our materialistic values, take education and health care off the back burner, and give us hope that we will not need to send our young people off to die in perputual war and become a role model for the youth that were so instrumental in working for him.

We must remember that it took both Republicans and Democrats to buy into the schemes of the lobbyists that have threatened our nation.

The President has inherited a global empire that is quickly loosing its credability throughout the world and an economy that has been gutted by the George W. Bush Administration.

I did not expect those that believe in the neocon lie to roll over and shut up. They will continue to make terrible noise because they know that their day is passed.

The Project for the New American Century, the neocon flag ship had at least 10 of their members in the George W. Bush White House and Pentagon.

Their multi trillion dollar gamble to take over the world failed. Their budget and the policies of globilization have failed. This is the mess that President Obama has inherited.

The good news is that these crimminals are no longer in power. Limbough and his ilk are still mouthing off, but it is too late for a reversal of those that would have us go back to the bad old days.

We are in a crsis like no other. I am impressed with the domestic policies of our President.

The real test will be to see if President Obama can grab hold of the tail of the Pentagon that is continuing to try to wag the dog.

I pray and "hope" that his grip on that tail will be a strong one, because that will determine our success in allowing peace to bloom throughout the world.

In an earlier comment here I mentioned the words of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King. "The United States of America is the greatest purveryor of violence throuthout the world".

Who would Jesus bomb?

The crisis in the U.S. auto industry is coming to a head. President Barack Obama announced this week he would withhold additional federal aid to General Motors and Chrysler unless the struggling automakers dramatically revise their restructuring plans. Both companies have already agreed to streamline their work forces and their product lines.

Last fall, the federal government loaned GM $13.4 billion and Chrysler $4 billion to keep the automakers afloat and preserve hundreds of thousands of jobs across the country. But the loans came with strings and timetables, and with his announcement this week - which included news that GM's longtime chairman and CEO, Richard Wagoner, will resign - Obama signaled that he is not happy with the companies' progress so far.

GM has been given 60 days to come up with an acceptable restructuring plan, while the government's willingness to help Chrysler may hinge on its merger talks with Fiat, the Italian automaker. A deal with Fiat in the next 30 days could result in an additional $6 billion in government help.

Obama at the moment is not asking Congress to take any action on the crisis in the auto industry, but several Senators and Members of the House are already weighing in, and some kind of additional bailout legislation is possible.

What do you think?
Tell President Obama and Congress where you stand on this issue.

March 31, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterRoll Call

Very, Very good my brother. But the thing that gets me is they asked this CEO to resign but he is still on the job because he is due something like 11.9 million in stock options that the government dont want to pay even though at the current rate its only worth 682,000 dollars.Secondly the government is telling GM and Chrysler they employees make too much money when they are barely making it like a lot of Americans who think they have good jobs..When they had AIG's CEO on Capital Hill it was revealed that some of its employees were making 100,000 to 150,000 dollars a month. Thats a month, but they want these companies to crack down on poor hard working common folk, and let these crooks make this kind of money for failure, and reward them for it, and not one congressman or senator,or even our newly elected President has said one word about these people are making too much money. But they want to cut the wages of a simple hourly worker..Imagine that..Cut the rate and watch you tax income base drop and who can afford GM cars except their employees,so they cut their customer base too.. They should have learned that when Roger Smith was at the helm.He asked the union for concessions and plant closing to keep up with overseas automakers, and they said OK. He got his concessions, and closed 7 U.S. plants and the money he saved also putting 45,000 people out of work he opened 11 new plats in Mexico.45,000 customers gone and counting and they wonder why their sales are slumping. I also notice you can find all overseas automakers selling plenty of cars here and EVEN manufactering them here also but you cant sell american cars over there because the tarrifs and taxes make it hard to do so they protect their industries why we wholesale ours to the highest bidder. And the solution our leaders came up with is restructure and cut these poor peoples wages,While AIG simply steal there tax dollars and party like its 1999

Can you believe it!! Now the republicans have come out with a budget that gives a trillion dollar tax cut to the fat cats. I have said numerous times on this blog that I am an independent. But these insensitive stances by the republicans are driving me democratic. This cut the taxes on the rich is the policy of George W. Bush. For eight years this policy did not stave off the position in which the economy now finds itself. How much time does it need to work. Or a better question, how much time does republicans need to know it doesn't work? This is greed at the highest levels of Congress. Is their attitude and policy what is best for the Union? I know President Lincoln is rolling over in his grave. Jayson, surely you don't support this budget?

April 1, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterRev. Ajabu

Rev Ajabu

I just heard a Democratic Congressman on C-Span talking about the Republicans having more uses for "tax cuts' than we have uses for duct tape. They are so hopelessly lost into a deep fog that cutting taxes on the richest Americans will do the trick. Like some say, "they are stuck on stupid."

The South Carolina Democrat Spratt told them tonight that president Clinton handed Bush a $5Trillion Surplus at the end of his administration and now president Bush has handed president Obama a $5 Trillion deficit.

The pitiful Republican budget has few numbers and it still keeps us in a $ Trillion or more debt. It gives the super rich a big tax cut. I'm waiting to hear from Jayson and his thoughts on those economically savvy Republicans. You know Jayson knows economics. He knows Barack didn't read his own budget. How could Jayson conclude that?

The nation is laughing at them [Republicans] for being so confused on where the country should go. Just like Bush sat clueless when Obama was elected and didn't know what to do when the economic meltdown started, the Republicans in Congress look equally clueless with their sad budget.

Thank God for LIBERAL DEMOCRATS!!!! Where would this country be today if we were under the leadership of McCain and Palin. I understand they are sniping at each other. The Republican Party can close down if Barack turns this thing around and he will.

We would be ok if any intelligent Democrat was the president. I just have not seen any Republicans in Congress who I can say is intelligent. If you went along with the most ignorant and arrogant president, [Bush] then something is wrong with you. Even high school students could see thatit was foolish to re elect Bush to give him a second chance to finish off America.

It is no surprise to me that Republicans are opposing the budget being set in place by Obama. I hope no one else is surprised. Once given the opportunity to bring a solution they only gave more of the same from the past, that being (for the rich). If a system does not seek to do what is best for all then the system will inevitably fall. This is how we got here. It is interesting that one might think it is only because of Obama's being labeled a "Democrat" that they would oppose him. In my opinion it also has to do with his color. History shows no black man is supposed to assert any intelligence let alone be intelligent; is not this the treatment from many of the ancestors who are on the Republican party? If something is good then why seek to destroy it? I do not think this is about party politics; this is fear being yet again exposed. I agree all of the information and comments opposing our President's dutites and plans are geared toward creating division to force him into compromising his purpose. However I believe that as long as he keeps his eyey on the needs of all of the people we can only prevail against division. You know "hatred against prosperity for all
includes oneself." Obama, is not about continuing to have the poor or middle class take on the responsibilties of the wealthy or should I say irresponsibilities? And yes, Rev Ajabu "to whom much is given much is required" (Luke 12:48); meaning the rich have been given much and are required to give much in return. However another interpretation could be because the poor and minorities of this nation have been given much oppression, and pain from those who sought to strip others for their own gain, then much is required to settle a debt that can really never be settled. So, (to whom much is given, much is required). This meaning "because of all of the pain and suffering many have gone through as a result of the rich and racism, does it not require much by way of sacrafice and fairness in order to gain and restore?

May the Lord bless you all ubtil next time.

Friends,

Nothing like it has ever happened. The President of the United States, the elected representative of the people, has just told the head of General Motors -- a company that's spent more years at #1 on the Fortune 500 list than anyone else -- "You're fired!"

I simply can't believe it. This stunning, unprecedented action has left me speechless for the past two days. I keep saying, "Did Obama really fire the chairman of General Motors? The wealthiest and most powerful
corporation of the 20th century? Can he do that? Really? Well, damn! What else can he
do?!"

This bold move has sent the heads of corporate America spinning and spewing pea soup. Obama has issued this edict: The government of, by, and for the people is in charge here, not big business. John McCain got it. On the floor
of the Senate he asked, "What does this signal send to other corporations and financial
institutions about whether the federal government will fire them as well?"
Senator Bob Corker said it "should send a chill through all Americans who believe in free enterprise." The stock market plunged as the masters of the universe asked themselves, "Am I next?" And they whispered to each other, "What are we going to do about this Obama?"

Not much, fellows. He has the massive will of the American people behind him -- and he has been granted permission by us to do what he sees fit. If you liked this week's all-net 3-pointer, stay tuned.

Rev. Ajabu-
You should see the Chia Obama head I just got- I love this thing!

April 4, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJayson

Rev Ajabu

I would love to hear more of Michael Moore's thoughts. That was so entertaining and factual. Barack Obama is what America has been in need of for the past 50 years. He represents God's mercy on America. This country has a lot of blood on its hands and God has sent Obama as a last chance to get it right.

Rev I would not encourage Jayson to come back because he brings nothing to the discussion but foolishness. Anybody can see the confusion and self destruction of the Republican Party but poor Jayson. They can't get it together with an idiot like Michael Steele leading the other lost souls in that party. First of all they hate Black people and they surely hate Michael Steele. Ask Rush Limbaugh. He looks so out of place with a room full of Confederate Republicans who are bent on destroying America. But that is Jayson's crowd and he is so proud of them.

The whole world is laughing at them. Can you imagine having Sarah Palin, Joe the Plumber, and Rush Limbaugh leading the Republicans? Unfortunately we can't name the Republican leaders in Congress. I do know drunk Boehner. I love to hear him tell America what we should do now to turn things around. He had eight years to tell George Bush how to save America, what happened. Maybe too many martinis got in the way.

It was so laughable to see that not one Republican voted for the Obama budget. Bless their hearts. We had 20 lost Democrats who joined the Republicans out their in the "wilderness."

The American people are wise and they have rejected the party of Jayson. How many times do you need to cut taxes and sink deeper in an economic gutter by following the Republican's leadership. If Bill Clinton could leave us with the largest surplus while simultaneously fighting Republicans who were trying to impeach him, then I know Barack will deliver us from those conservative idiots. You have to give Bill Clinton credit for raising taxes on those who have the money so that we can pay our bills in America. The poor don't have the money. That is basic economics. All the Republicans worry about are the rich; our wealthy Americans have more than enough money to pay the bills without hurting themselves. If you ask the average rich person if the tax increases bother them, they will say no. They want the country to survive. What good is it to get a tax cut from a huge rich bank account and allow the nation to go under.

What I have noticed is that it is the red neck racist confederates mainly of the South who are so worried about the taxes on the rich. And most of them are not rich.

That's enough!!

Jayson

The old Jayson is back. I was gracious enough to give you credit for correcting me on the 22 million who are starving in America. Did you forget I gave you credit and acknowledged that I had my facts wrong because I went on my memory and didn't check the facts. You have forgotten that. It seems like you are running out of things to say if you have to keep bringing up the starving in America and by the way, whatever the number, it is too much for a rich nation like this. If you want to do something, check and see how many starved under the Republicans like Hoover, Reagan, BushI and BushII. Bill Clinton lowered the poverty rate in America during his 8 years. When you can create 22 million jobs, millions of people can eat. But when Republicans take over, people starve in rich ass America.

My belly is bigger than I would like but Jayson we don't know what your ass looks like. So you have an advantage there.

As far as the Democrats are concerned, I am not interested in their personal lives unless it damages our people in this country. Old drunk Boehner sat with Bush for 8 years and forgot to tell him [Bush] how to save America. Now he and his fellow Republicans can't find one thing that they can support of Obama's programs. They can follow dumb ass Bush but they don't see one Bill by Obama that they can support? Well, the American people still support Obama overwhelmingly. Those stubborn Republicans have decided to go down together. They are a bunch of losers who are led by Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, and Joe the Plumber. Are you proud of them Jayson?

My attacks on your Republicans is about what impacts the people. Barney Frank is doing a great work and he is absolutely a genius. His gay life has nothing to do with his brilliance in that chairman position. He is gay and he has a brain that works for America. What's the problem.

I would rather have Barney Frank working for America any day rather than drunk Boehner and dumb Bush.

I am so sick of Fannie Mae and Franklin Raines. There were others at Fannie Mae and other Wall Street hustlers who brought America down. Do you stay of Franklin Raines so much because he is Black. He was gone before the economic meltdown. Yes he was a part of it but lets include the others who are majority White. What about Dick Cheney who has exploited his power and turned that power into big dollars from no bid contracts in Iraq. He has made a killing.
Cheney has a gay daughter who did not go to Iraq and fight like other innocent Americans who went and died. She even went as far as getting pregnant in a gay relationship. Oh have you forgotten the Republican senator in the airport bathroom and the punk who was going after the pages in congress. I don't think you want to go there about any gay talk as your Republicans are all over the place. How about Ted Haggard who had a couple of million Christian Conservatives under his leadership. This poor sissy was doing drugs and had a gay relationship with a male prostitute.

Jayson, you need to cool it. Use this time to show all of us why we should support the Republicans. You say they will preserve freedom and not put us into socialism. But you don't explain how your Republicans can preserve our freedom. Oh I know, they will lower everybody's taxes. You end up telling us about Franklin Raines like that's all you can come up with.

I don't hate White people! I hate any people who take advantage of our people in America whether Black or White. I have condemned Clarence Thomas, Michael Steele, Condi Rice, Armstrong Williams, and even Colin Powell for hanging aroud Bush. I have condemned the Republicans and especially the racist terrorist conservative confederates in the South. I don't hate Whites as a group but I hate the ones who hurt our people. I supported Hillary Clinton over Barack Obama, I support Nancy Pelosi, Steny Hoyer, Rahm Emannuel, Barney Franks, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry and so many Liberal Whites who have tried to lift all boats in America. It was Whites who taught us how to read as slaves, risking their lives for us. Many died like Goodman, Cheney, and Schwerner who died in the civil rights struggle. I can't hate White people because so many of them have been good to all Americans, Black and White.

I bet you hate those Whites I just mentioned, Jayson.[Tell the truth, you hate Pelosi] So who really is the hater. I will be honest that I do hate Bush, Boehner, Limbaugh, Palin, Newt,Cheney, Karl Rove, Neocons, KKK, and Skin Heads and all of those selfish dividers of the American family.

As the scriptures say, you can't serve two masters, you have to LOVE one and HATE the other. I hate racists Whites and Black uncle toms. But by no means do I hate White people as a race. Can you say the same about Black people Jayson?

You are ducking the question every time, show us how the Republicans can save this country with their budget and how they can keep us from going into socialism.

In closing, I saw 60Minutes tonight and they showed people dying in Nevada because they can't get health care. A couple of cancer patients who can't get chemo or any treatment. These are the working poor who do not qualify for Medicaid. Which concerns you more, Jayson, worrying about socialism or rescuing the 50 million Americans without access to our healthcare system. Talk to me Jayson and quit playing.

your friend john

John-
All those white people you mentioned, Nancy Pelosi, Steny Hoyer, Rahm Emannuel, Barney Franks, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry- They are in with the other "America Haters" like Hugo Chavez (who i am sure you love, and Kim Jung-Il of North Korea.
John- I am not for one party or another, I am for a free America- free of the posturing , and posing politically correct Leftists- like yourself.

"Barney Frank is a genius"- you actually said that??

Please tell me how this is true , and if he is a genius why Fannie Mae imploded under his watchful eye- WHEN HE SAID FANNIE MAE DIDNT HAVE ANY FINANCIAL PROBLEMS!!
John- I will await your explaination of the "Barney Frank Genius".

John- it's unfortunate, but you and your party propagate the myth that when the going gets a little bumpy- you need Gov't to bail you out, because your not smart enough to do it yourself.
Your part of the mealy-mouthed, whiners that have emerged as the majority in this country of people who always have there hands out- who think they are "entitled" to the things that have been invented, and perfected by a capitalist economy.
John- I am still waiting for you to show me one socialist economy that ever prospered.
Socialism simply means- everyone is poor.

You go back to the same lame "Bill Clinton invented 22 million jobs" statement you make like a BROKEN RECORD!!!
(Gee John-- 22 million???? WOW-- what a coincidence-- That's the SAME NUMBER as the amount of FAKE STARVING people you invented and claim that exist- you seem to like "22 million" quite a bit. Is "22 million just the standard liberal number that you people use WHEN YOU TELL LIES??? It sure looks Like it!!!

John Marshall- You're a joke.
You get your PHONY facts from Moveon.org and the White American hating NAACP.

Bring something that is actually based in fact here John- you're pathetic.
Oh, and now I see some lame claim you make about people dying in Nevada.

John- under Obama's plan-- you'd get your healthcare rationed.. So You'd better get over- and lose a few pounds just to be on the safe side. You're even looking a bit wide in the Jowls as well-- I worry about you John.

As for me John- don't worry. I have great healthcare, and I play hockey twice a week, basketball on Thursday nights, and I could probably kick your ass. But I'm not a fighter..;)

I still did not get the answers to my questions. How will the Republicans in Congress help turn this economy [that they watched go into a ditch], around. They should be able to correct the mess that they made. You can do the personal attacks on me and the White and Black Liberals but you and Boehner and the other Republicans do not give a plan to get us out of this crisis.

You need to answer my questions and stop playing. I did not say I wanted socialism but I do want to see people get healthcare; call it what you want. If your ass fell on hard times you would want somebody to give you chemo or radiation if needed. You must stop thinking about yourself and other rich well off Americans.

You talk about socialism, you let enough people starve in this country, you will end up with something worst than socialism.

I know you don't have good sense. You are bragging about your fit condition and you play hockey and basketball so many times a week. That is suppose to impress a healthcare professional like myself; my dear son we have many fit athletes who are in the cemetery while many fat, over eating individuals are still above ground.

You are foolish when it comes to politics, healthcare and fitness, the economy, etc. You talk about everything but how your genius Republicans can turn around the disaster that they and Bush have put on America.

You bash Barney Franks but nobody is without some mistakes and misjudgments. You act like Barney Franks worked for Fannie Mae. I guess all of your Republicans have not made mistakes. Could Barneys errors be worst than Bush and Cheney getting our innocent troops killed because they lied about Iraq. People died for the mistake made by Bush and Cheney. Barney is trying to correct his mistake. Bush and Cheney cannot bring back those dead soldiers. Why didn't you carry your hockey playing ass over there.

You don't have to believe Clinton produced 22 million jobs but I guess you can believe how many jobs that were lost by Bush. I have apologized on the hungry in America and you know whatever the number that are starving, it is shameful for this to happen in America. You didn't tell me how many starved under George Bush and Herbert Hoover.

You want to get personal and attack characters but answer just one question: what is the plan by the Republicans to save America since Obama is dead wrong on everything. What is the answer Jayson.

You touched on the bailout and the handouts. Bush came with a bailout before Obama was elected. He gave those big companies on Wall Street $ Billions. Bush is a Republican, isn't he and didn't he do a bail out.

Yes there are people waiting on and receiving handouts but you are referring to the ordinary poor citizens of this country; you surely are not talking aboue AIG and that crowd. You love giving them handouts but a poor person on skid row cannot get a dime from you and the Republicans. That is socialism.

This capitalism experiment is based on a bottom and a top, and those who are on the bottom are starving and dying for lack of healthcare that you brag about. What are they to do. You want those beggars to come knock you in your head and take what you got. I'd love to see your fit and in shape ass deal with them. You know you sound like a damn fool even remotely talking about kicking my ass. That is the low level of discussion that you love so much, you don't know how to remain civil and respectful. Where did you come from with such a gutter mindset. You even have me cussing.

I understand, you cannot help but to descend into the gutter. You do know it makes you look like someone who thinks on a low and base level. Your body may be in good shape but your mind needs an overhaul and a workout.

Wow!! John, Jayson:

Decrease the hate. Increase the love. The country needs to come together. You are pulling it apart.

Jayson needs this type of sparring. It is educational and who knows he might start loving liberals and Blacks. The best that can come out of this is to keep the dialogue going and hope for the best. I just wish Jayson can decrease the attacks and come with the solutions that his Republicans have for the nation. I just wonder why they didn't apply those brilliant ideas under the Bush administration.

The problem with Jayson is the same with Rush Limbaugh, they both want Obama to fail. Why would they want that? Because if he and the liberals succeed, the Republicans may not be a party at all. The American people don't play and they showed those Republicans last November.

I am so very very proud of my Liberal Democrats and my president, Barack Obama. I am unashamedly liberal and Democrat and I make no bones about it. We are a country of political parties and that is why we are a free nation. You don't have to disown a political party, join one that meets your needs and the Democrats have at least attempted to meet the needs of the masses of Americans.

John--
Did you see the video of Obama BOWING TO THE KING OF SAUDI ARABIA!!! Hilarious!

There you go with the starving and the dying schtick again....and John I still am waiting for you to post the PICS of the homeless and starving that you invited to your Holiday Banquet-- Funny how when I pointed out that I didn't see any starving and homeless at your Fat-cat banquet, and just your belly-- YOU PROMPTLY PULLED THE PHOTOS OFF of YOUR WEBSITE!!!! :)

Do you have any clue as to the tight relationship between George Bush I and II with the Saudis. Do some research on that tight bond between those two oil rich families. While you are at it, check out the deal after 911 where the Saudis were assisted by Bush.

Barack Obama is not an arrogant, ignorant, and boastful idiot like George Bush. He didn't go over there giving orders like Bush did. What is so crazy is that America has to borrow money from these foreign nations like China, Japan, and Saudi Arabia.

When did bowing to a head of state become a problem. We need to improve America's image that Bush has totally destroyed. We cannot go it alone and at the same time have our hand out for financial support. America is the largest debtor nation, we used to be the largest nation loaning money. You sound like those old phony Republicans who pretend we [Americans] are better than every other nation. If we are better then why do we have to go begging other nations for a dime.

The fund raiser where I attended was for those who had the funds. The poor didn't have to attend but they benefit every year from that effort.

Why worry about my belly, you are the one in great shape and you will not need health care because you play hockey and basketball. You have stopped debating and you just respond on this blog with shrills and screams like a you know what.

If you don't answer the one question: what is the plan that Republicans have for the country? Then I will have to cut off this discussion with you. We are not getting anywhere.

Behave yourself as people are reading your responses on this blog. I am almost embarrassed to keep these back and forth sparring sessions that have degraded to personal attacks and foolishness instead of good debate on the subject. You have one last chance to get your act together.
